Erika did a really great job of making sure all voices were heard in the group. She validated each of us when we shared our thoughts. She also shared her own struggles/successes, which made her even more relatable, and helped me understand that body neutrality and/or positivity is a journey. The weekly sessions were very well-paced. I learned a lot!!

I was struggling with disordered eating and poor body image, and I have been for years. This class is the first time I have seen progress in myself and have felt comfortable talking with my struggles. I was worried about taking this class because I wasn’t actually diagnosed with an ED; but this group is for anyone and I felt so comfortable and learned so much from Erika and the other members of the group. I will definitely be signing up for another class.

This group has been so beneficial for me and for my mental health. It has allowed me to really have some inward reflection and make connections I have never been able to make before, a lot of them I didn't even realize existed. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone struggling with body image issues, disordered eating, or eating disorders.

I really appreciated that there were a variety of ways that discussion was facilitated: wins and challenges, guided questions, and specific curriculum. The support and encouragement of each other was awesome, and Erika is so skilled at group facilitation and asking questions that get you to think about the issues on a deeper level.

This group was exactly what I was looking for and has helped me on my journey to trusting my body. Erika is an excellent facilitator and teacher, and the support and encouragement I received from the group was extremely valuable. Having the opportunity to discuss these sensitive issues with others going through a similar journey was just what I needed.
