What is a superbill?

A superbill is an itemized receipt of services. It includes certain information on it so that you can submit it to your insruance company for potential reimbursement, or to be applied to your out of network deductible.

We are in network with several insurance companies, see our Nutrition Rates & Insurance and Therapy Rates & Insurance page for more information.

If we are out of network with your insurance company, we do not submit claims to them and you would considered a self pay client. We can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance. If you have out of network benefits for nutrition, your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of the costs by sending you a check in the mail.

Our system emails superbills to you on the first of every month. If you need superbills more frequently than this, please let us know.
